Account Deletion

At Manifestium we respect your privacy and your right to be forgotten. Below, we explain how to permanently delete your account and associated data.

Option 1: From the App (Recommended)

If you have the app installed, this is the fastest way to delete your account and data instantly:

Open Manifestium and log in with your active account.

Go to the "Profile" tab in the main menu.

Scroll down and select "Delete my account".

Confirm the action. Your session will be closed and the process will be completed.

Option 2: Without App Access

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can request the deletion of your data by sending us an email:

  • Send an email to delete.account@manifestium.life
  • Use the subject: "Account Deletion Request".
  • Make sure to send it from the same email address you used to register in the app so we can verify your identity.

* Email requests are processed within a maximum of 14 business days.

Important regarding your active subscriptions!

Deleting your Manifestium account DOES NOT automatically cancel your subscriptions made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your active subscription directly in your device settings (Apple ID or Google account) before deleting your account.

What happens when I delete my account?

Permanently deleted: Your meditation history, daily challenge progress, AI Coach interactions, created visualizations, and personal preferences.

Retained data: We will only keep your Name and Email. This data is securely maintained exclusively for security reasons, fraud prevention, and to comply with legal and tax obligations applicable to Zentauro Digital S.A. de C.V.
